Ingredient:
1/2 Kg chicken - cut small pieces and fry in deep oil
2 tbs sweet soy sauce
2 tbs salty soy sauce
2 tbs Manchester sauce
1 pc lemon
3 pcs garlic - make a paste
1/2 tsp white pepper
salt as per taste - I used only a sprinkle in this recipe
2 tbs butter
